Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fragrance industry.

⁠ ⁠Generate leads and acquire new B2B customers across FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, home care, toiletries, incense, air care and allied industries.

⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

⁠ ⁠Understand customer requirements and identify suitable fragrance solutions in coordination with the Perfumer/R&D; and Technical teams.

⁠ ⁠Handle enquiries, fragrance briefs, samples, quotations and commercial negotiations.

⁠ ⁠Follow up on fragrance submissions, trials, approvals and conversions.

⁠ ⁠Develop a strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.

⁠ ⁠Identify recent applications, product segments and geographical markets for business expansion.

⁠ ⁠Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, volume and new customer acquisition targets.

⁠ ⁠Conduct customer visits,



product presentations and business meetings.

⁠ ⁠Work closely with the R&D;/Perfume team to ensure customer briefs are understood and delivered effectively.

⁠ ⁠Monitor sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of enquiries, samples, trials and business opportunities.

⁠ ⁠Track market pricing and competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence to management.

⁠ ⁠Negotiate commercial terms while ensuring company profitability.

⁠ ⁠Ensure timely payment follow-ups and coordinate with the accounts team for outstanding receivables.

⁠ ⁠Participate in exhibitions, industry events and customer engagement activities.

⁠ ⁠Prepare regular MIS and business development reports for management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
