Hostel Warden
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month
Role: Manage day-to-day hostel and student administration, including room allotment, occupancy, student records, attendance, in/out movements, leave, curfew, discipline and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hostel admissions, check-in/check-out and room allotment.
- Maintain student records, occupancy, leave and movement registers.
- Monitor CCTV, security, visitors and hostel discipline.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, mess and security activities.
- Handle student/parent queries and hostel-related issues.
- Maintain hostel assets, vacancies and incident records.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Computer proficiency is mandatory.
- Positive communication, coordination and record-management skills.
- Education/College administration experience preferred.
