*Key Responsibilities*
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide relevant product information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
- Assist with stock management and coordinate with the store team.
- Inform customers about offers, promotions, and ongoing schemes.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and retail processes.
*Requirements*
- **Qualification:** 12th Pass / Graduate.
- **Experience:** Freshers to **2 years of experience** in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
