We are looking for a Logistics Operation Executive to join our growing team at SHIPFLICK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring smooth communication with customers, vendors, and carriers. This role requires robust problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate pickups and deliveries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete logistics operations, from pickup to final delivery

Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and customers for seamless operations

Handle customer interactions and resolve operational queries effectively

Ensure timely pickups and deliveries as per customer requirements

Monitor day-to-day logistics performance and troubleshoot issues

Maintain accurate records and reports related to shipments and operations

Required Qualifications





Any bachelor degree or diploma in logistics and related fields. (MANDATORY)

Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (MANDATORY)

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (MANDATORY)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems under pressure

Proficiency in using MS Office and logistics management tools
