Job Description
We're hiring Junior and Senior Architects to assist the Principal Architect in projects. You'll develop design concepts, prepare working drawings, create 3D visuals, and make sure the design is executed accurately on site.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal Architect in projects
- Develop design concepts and design development based on client briefs
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documents
- Create 3D models and renders for client presentations
- Handle site execution and coordination, ensuring work follows the design and drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Select materials and finishes and prepare specifications
- Make presentations to clients and incorporate their feedback
- Senior Architects: guide and manage junior team members
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience (Junior) or 3-4 years of experience (Senior) in architectural design
- Senior Architects: site execution and coordination experience
- Strong understanding of materials and execution
- Experience in preparing working drawings
- Software skills:
- AutoCAD (must have)
- Revit
- SketchUp
- 3D rendering with hands-on experience in Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray
- Working knowledge of: Photoshop and presentation making
