Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for daily sales activities and customer requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer records.
- Coordinate with Projects, Purchase, Logistics, Stores, and Accounts teams.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and pending payments.
- Maintain proper sales documentation and update CRM/ERP records.
- Support the Sales Team in achieving business targets.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
- Experience in interior products, flooring, ceiling, construction, or building materials will be an advantage.
Qualification
Any Graduate with relevant sales coordination experience.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
