Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align technology strategies with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Robust knowledge of IT service management processes and their integration within ServiceNow ITOM.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance ITOM solutions that support complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their interaction with ITOM tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to IT operations and monitoring.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
