Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design, branding, social media creatives, and digital communication.

You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that align with the company's brand identity and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and visually appealing designs for social media platforms.
- Design posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Develop graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Understand design briefs and convert ideas and concepts into effective visual content.
- Maintain consistency in brand colours, fonts, layouts, and overall visual identity.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and social media teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Make design modifications based on feedback and requirements.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and visual communication styles.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Ensure all final designs are accurate, high-quality, and ready for publishing.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and layout.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Valuable understanding of social media design requirements and dimensions.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and work independently.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in creating social media creatives and marketing materials.
- Basic understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with marketing or content teams will be preferred.
