JOB OPENING – QUALITY ENGINEER

PIYUSH ENGINEERING WORKS is hiring experienced and dedicated Quality Engineers to strengthen our Quality Department.

Position Details

Designation: Quality Engineer
Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Manufacturing Industry Preferred)
Location: Waluj MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure product quality as per customer and company standards.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Monitor production quality and reduce rejection rates.
- Prepare and maintain quality records and inspection reports.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production and Design teams for quality improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Maintain compliance with quality management systems.




- Support audits and customer quality requirements.
- Ensure continuous improvement in quality processes.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Understanding of quality standards and inspection processes.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare quality documentation and reports.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of CAPA, 5 Why Analysis, and Continuous Improvement.
