We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for an accounting professional who can independently handle day-to-day accounting activities and has practical knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers and financial records
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, bills and payment records
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Assist with GST and TDS compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation and supporting records
- Prepare routine MIS and finance reports
- Monitor receivables, payables and expenses
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and internal teams
- Support monthly accounting and finance activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS
- Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books or similar
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting activities
Qualification
B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or relevant accounting qualification preferred.
