About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive photography sales in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead conversion, cold calling, client meetings, and target achievement, preferably in photography, wedding, events, or creative services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Drive sales through cold calling, follow-ups, client meetings, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography packages.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion rates.




- Ensure timely follow-ups with all active leads.
- Coordinate with photography and operations teams for smooth client handover.
- Track sales performance, leads, conversions, and follow-ups using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to branch growth.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in photography, wedding, events, or creative services.
- Strong cold calling and lead conversion skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Languages Known: English & Tamil

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
