Job Overview

We are looking for an articulate, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our International Voice team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our global customers, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional service standards over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming phone calls from international customers (US / UK / APAC shifts) in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer inquiries, diagnose technical or service issues, and deliver clear, accurate solutions on first contact whenever possible.
- Account & Order Management: Assist customers with order status, account configurations, billing inquiries, cancellations, or service upgrades using internal CRM tools.
- De-escalation: Handle difficult customer scenarios with empathy, patience, and composure while de-escalating complaints in line with company guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback,



and action items in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Escalate complex or recurring issues to specialized technical teams or team leaders to ensure swift resolution.

Core Qualifications & Skills

- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills with clear articulation, robust listening skills, and minimal mother-tongue influence (MTI).
- Education: High school diploma, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in an international BPO / contact center environment (Voice Process preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency, fast typing speed, and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and VoIP tools.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in standard international rotational shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month
