Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives, build brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive business growth through online channels. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, SEO, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy Development

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan integrated campaigns for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Manage the digital marketing calendar and campaign roadmap.

Performance Marketing

- Oversee paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Optimize campaign performance to improve ROI, lead quality, and conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.

Social Media Management

- Develop social media growth strategies and content direction.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and community growth across platforms.
- Coordinate campaigns, contests, and brand promotions.

SEO & Website Management

- Lead SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and content optimization.




- Coordinate with developers for website performance improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Analyze KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, traffic, and ROI.
- Generate performance reports and strategic recommendations.

Team & Vendor Management

- Manage and guide digital marketing executives, content teams, and agencies.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external vendors for campaign execution.

Brand Growth & Innovation

- Identify new digital channels and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 Years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Robust understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
