Job Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Telesales Executive to join our in-office sales team. In this role, you will work from our office location to connect with potential customers, present credit card and personal loan solutions, evaluate basic eligibility, and convert prospects into qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Telesales: Make high-volume outbound calls daily to pre-qualified leads from our internal database.

Product Counseling: Present features, rewards, interest rates, repayment tenures, and fee structures for various credit cards and personal loan options.

Eligibility Screening: Screen potential applicants based on income levels, employment stability, age, and basic credit guidelines.

Application Processing: Collect basic customer information and coordinate with the documentation/underwriting team to complete loan or card applications.

Target Management: Consistently meet or exceed individual daily calling metrics (call volume/talk time) and monthly revenue goals.

Objection Handling: Address customer doubts regarding interest rates or hidden fees with clear, transparent, and convincing responses.

Data Maintenance: Log call disposition, follow-up dates, and lead status accurately into the company CRM system.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, outbound telesales,



or customer handling (prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or fintech sales is a plus).

Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any field.

Language & Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or local regional languages.

Sales Drive: Goal-driven mindset with the resilience to thrive in a target-driven office environment.

Basic Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operation, typing, and navigating CRM systems.

Office Location & Working Hours

Work Setup: 100% On-site / Work-from-Office.

Location: Current Bowenapally

Working Hours: Day shift (e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday).
