Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence across platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media pages, coordinating with the creative team, monitoring performance, and improving engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client and company objectives.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, presenters, and marketing teams for timely content delivery.
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
- Write and edit captions, social media copy, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual communication across platforms.
- Track page growth, reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and other important KPIs.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports for clients and management.
- Analyze competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team for Meta Ads and other digital campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improving results.
- Ensure all approved content is published according to the planned schedule.
- Maintain proper communication with clients regarding content, approvals,



campaigns, and requirements.
- Identify underperforming content and suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, formats, and best practices.
- Handle multiple client accounts and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain proper documentation of content schedules, approvals, reports, and campaign updates.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and content planning ability.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media analytics.
- Good writing and caption-creation skills.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and performance metrics.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and viral content formats.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple brand/client social media accounts will be an advantage.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
