Job description:

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential landowners, identifying suitable properties, developing relationships with landowners and brokers, coordinating property evaluation, and supporting the management team through the JV/acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and source suitable land parcels for residential development and Joint Venture projects.

· Generate leads through direct market visits, landowners, brokers, property consultants, and professional networks.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners and their representatives.

· Conduct preliminary discussions with landowners regarding JV / Joint Development / Land Purchase opportunities.

· Collect and verify basic property details such as land extent, location, ownership details, road access, and development potential.

· Conduct preliminary feasibility checks based on location, land size, market potential, and project suitability.

· Coordinate with legal, technical, and management teams for title verification, document verification, approvals, and due diligence.

· Coordinate site visits and meetings between landowners and the management team.





· Negotiate commercial terms and assist in structuring suitable JV / acquisition proposals.

· Maintain a database of available land , landowners, brokers, and potential JV opportunities.

· Follow up regularly with landowners and stakeholders until the deal is successfully closed.

· Track and report the status of all ongoing land and JV negotiations to management.

· Monitor the local real estate market and identify emerging development opportunities.

· Develop and maintain a strong network of landowners, brokers, consultants, and other real estate professionals.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related field.

· 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Development in construction field.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Valuable knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and tenders.

· Ability to build long-term client relationships.
