About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our freight forwarding branch, drive business growth, manage branch operations, and ensure strong customer relationships and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete P&L; and operational responsibility for the branch.

Lead and manage the Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Documentation teams.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch revenue, profitability, and business-growth targets.

Drive new customer acquisition and develop existing accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, overseas agents, and other stakeholders.

Oversee Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Import, Export, and related logistics activities.

Monitor branch performance, revenue, margins, receivables, and operating costs.

Ensure smooth coordination between Sales and Operations for timely service delivery.





Handle key customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities and develop the branch's market presence.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational SOPs.

Conduct regular performance reviews and mentor, motivate, and develop the branch team.

Prepare and present regular business and performance reports to senior management.

Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience as a Branch Manager in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.

Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Import/Export, and end-to-end forwarding operations.

Proven track record of business development, team leadership, revenue growth, and branch profitability.

Solid customer-handling and relationship-management skills.

Excellent commercial, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Good knowledge of freight forwarding documentation, processes, and compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant ERP/freight-forwarding systems.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
