Arabic-Speaking Garment Export Coordinator / Merchandiser

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Garment Export Coordinator / Merchandiser to coordinate our children’s garments export business with clients in Middle East.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth communication with Saudi Arabian clients, coordinating garment production and shipments, and ensuring that orders are executed according to client requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate directly with clients and buyers in Saudi Arabia regarding orders, requirements, samples, prices, production status, and deliveries.
- Handle Arabic-language communication with clients through email, WhatsApp, telephone, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them accurately to the production, sampling, quality, and merchandising teams.
- Coordinate the complete order cycle from enquiry and sampling to production, inspection and shipment.
- Follow up on children’s garment manufacturing, including fabrics, trims, measurements, specifications, printing/embroidery, washing, finishing and packing.
- Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with factories, production teams, suppliers and internal departments.
- Follow up on quality requirements and resolve production or client-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, production follow-ups, costing details, shipment schedules and other export-related documentation.
- Regularly update Saudi clients regarding order status and proactively communicate any delays or issues.




- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and help develop long-term business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Arabic language is essential – speaking, reading and writing.
- Positive command of English for business communication.
- Previous experience in garment manufacturing, merchandising or garment exports.
- Good practical knowledge of children’s garments manufacturing.
- Understanding of fabrics, trims, measurements, specifications, sampling and production processes.
- Experience dealing with international buyers/clients, preferably from Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet strict deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email and WhatsApp/business communication tools.
- Willingness to coordinate closely with production and factory teams.

Preferred Experience

3–7 years of relevant experience in garment merchandising, manufacturing or exports, with preference given to candidates who have handled children’s garments and Middle East/Saudi Arabian clients.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic, commercially aware, highly organised and experienced in children’s garment manufacturing, with the ability to independently coordinate between Saudi clients and Indian garment production teams.

Immediate Joiners / Candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
