Job Summary:

We are hiring an Interior Estimator cum Procurement Executive for our modular interior manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimation Part:

1. Prepare BOQ, estimation & costing for modular kitchen, wardrobe & interior projects

2. Study 2D drawings / 3D designs and take accurate material quantity

3. Prepare client quotations and coordinate with design & sales team

4. Maintain estimation sheet and pricing database

Procurement Part:

1. Sourcing and purchasing of plywood, MDF, hardware, laminates, accessories

2. Vendor identification, price negotiation & comparison

3. Prepare purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery

4. Stock checking, material quality control & coordination with factory team

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Civil or relevant field

- 1-3 years experience in interior estimation / procurement

- Knowledge of interior materials, hardware brands .

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel

- Valuable negotiation and communication skills
