The Community & Programming Manager is responsible for creating the social and cultural energy of Court
Society. The role is about building a compelling community and programme of experiences across sport, wellness,
food, culture, art, design and lifestyle , creating reasons for members to return and meaningful opportunities for
them to connect. Programming should feel relevant and organic, never manufactured or over-programmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a distinctive annual community and programming calendar.
- Create dinners, talks, gatherings, sporting occasions, cultural experiences and collaborations that members
genuinely want to attend.
- Build relationships with chefs, athletes, artists, founders, practitioners,
brands and engaging collaborators.
- Work with Sport and Wellness to create programmes beyond their everyday offer.
- Work with Food & Drink on collaborations, dinners and special experiences.
- Understand member interests and use them to shape relevant programming.
- Create introductions and connections that add genuine value to the member experience.
- Manage partners, collaborators, timelines and event delivery.
- Track participation and feedback and continuously improve the programme.
- Maintain a clear point of view while avoiding unnecessary volume of events.
