- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Contact and follow up with leads received through online enquiries, advertisements, referrals, and social media.
- Explain solar rooftop systems, products, pricing, financing options, subsidies, and installation process to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Convert leads into site visits, quotations, and confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until the sales process is completed.
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team for site visits and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Handle customer questions professionally and build positive customer relationships.
- Update customer information and follow-up status in CRM/Excel/WhatsApp.
- Stay updated about solar products, government subsidy schemes, financing options, and company offers.
- Support the team in achieving overall sales and business growth.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
