About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – E-Commerce & Quick Commerce to manage marketplace operations, sales performance, promotions, product visibility and business growth across online commerce channels.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce or quick-commerce marketplaces and a good understanding of marketplace operations, advertising, promotions, inventory and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day sales and business performance across assigned online marketplaces.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions and visibility activities.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, availability and assortment.
- Coordinate new product/SKU listings and marketplace expansion.
- Track inventory, stock availability, cancellations, returns and fulfilment-related issues.
- Prepare monthly sales and promotional plans for different platforms.
- Monitor sales, campaign and marketplace performance and identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns, promotions and business opportunities.




- Analyse marketplace reports and prepare regular performance updates.
- Work closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, finance and supply chain.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, product visibility and overall marketplace performance.

What We're Looking For

- 4–8 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Sales, Quick Commerce or Digital Commerce.
- Hands-on experience managing online marketplace accounts.
- Good understanding of marketplace promotions and advertising.
- Experience with sales targets, product listings, pricing and inventory coordination.
- Strong analytical and commercial understanding.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and marketplace reporting.
