Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth in the retail sector. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail market.
- Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, landlords, and other stakeholders.
- Identify potential locations and opportunities for new store expansion.
- Conduct market surveys and feasibility studies for new business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.




- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Procurement for business requirements.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and market presence.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and business agreements with external parties.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective business opportunities and provide regular updates to management.
- Track competitor activities and recommend suitable business strategies.
- Support the management in developing recent retail concepts, partnerships, and expansion plans.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, opportunities, and achievements.
- Ensure that business development activities are aligned with company policies and management objectives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
