About the Role

Lotusse Lifestyles is looking for an experienced and technically skilled AutoCAD Menswear & Coat Master to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate menswear patterns and ensuring proper fit, measurements, and technical execution of garments.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD, menswear pattern making, coat construction, garment fitting, and computer operations.

Key Responsibilities

1) Develop and prepare accurate menswear patterns using AutoCAD.

2) Create patterns for men’s coats, suits, jackets, trousers, and formal wear.

3) Understand garment designs, measurements, and technical specifications and convert them into production-ready patterns.

4) Handle pattern development, alterations, corrections, and modifications as required.

5) Ensure proper fit, balance, measurements, and construction of garments.

6) Prepare patterns according to production and quality requirements.

7) Coordinate with the production, tailoring,



and sampling teams for pattern-related requirements.

8) Identify and resolve fitting or pattern-related issues.

9) Maintain and organize digital pattern files and technical records.

10) Use computer applications efficiently for day-to-day work and documentation.

11) Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and within the required timelines.

Candidate Requirements:

1) Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in menswear pattern making and coat making.

2) Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD for garment/pattern making.

3) Excellent knowledge of men’s coats, suits, jackets, trousers, and formal wear.

4) Strong understanding of pattern making, garment construction, measurements, and fitting.

5) Positive computer knowledge and ability to manage digital files and basic office applications.

6) Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

7) Good communication and coordination skills.

8) Experience in a garment manufacturing, fashion, tailoring, or apparel industry will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
