Creative & Technical Trainer: Digital Ad Design & HTML5 Development

We are seeking an experienced creative & technical trainer to upskill and mentor our junior/entry-level creative designers and developers. In this role, you will design and conduct structured training programs covering end-to-end digital ad banner creation, from static graphic design and interactive HTML5 development to dynamic video ad editing. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in digital ad platforms, design tools, code-based display ads, and video production, along with a passion for teaching and developing junior talent.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Curriculum Development

- Curriculum Design: Build comprehensive, hands-on training modules and learning roadmaps tailored for entry-level designers and developers.
- Ad Banner Design Training: Train junior designers on typography, layout principles, visual storytelling, and platform-specific ad specs (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display Network).
- HTML5 Ad Development Training: Teach developers and designers how to build responsive, rich media, and interactive HTML5 display banners using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and tools like Google Web Designer (GWD) and Bonzai.
- Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Conduct sessions on video editing, short-form ad creatives, dynamic transitions, and basic animation using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Tool & Platform Onboarding: Train teams on design and build tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Google Web Designer (GWD), and Bonzai.
- A/B Testing & Ad Performance: Educate junior staff on designing for performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversions) and preparing creative for production-ready deliverables. Mentorship, Evaluation & Operations
- Hands-on Workshops & Live Projects: Lead practical exercises, code reviews, design critiques, and simulated live campaign assignments.




- Performance Assessment: Evaluate trainees' progress through periodic assignments, practical tests, and portfolio reviews, providing constructive feedback.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Establish and maintain design guidelines, code templates, and best practices documentation for display ads and video editing.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with senior creatives, performance marketing teams, and developers to align training with real-world campaign requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of skilled experience in digital ad design, graphic design, HTML5 banner development, web development, or motion graphics, with prior experience in technical/creative training, mentoring, or instructional roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, Web Development, or a Related Field.

• Design & Motion Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe After Effects (or equivalent video editing software). • Development Skills: Strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design for interactive ad banners.

- Ad Platform Expertise: Direct working knowledge of Google Web Designer (GWD), Bonzai (or similar rich media platforms), and ad network technical specifications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to break down complex creative and technical concepts for freshers. Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Familiarity with AI design tools, automated creative generation, and dynamic ad personalization tools.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, landing page design, and campaign metrics (CTR, CPC).
- Experience working within or training teams in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.

Working Conditions & Location

- Hour Details: 3+ hrs/per day
