Puff Machine Operator – HVAC Industry

Job Title: Puff Machine Operator
Industry: HVAC / Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Manufacturing
Department: Production
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Salary : 20000/- Per Month

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor PUF/Puff insulation injection machines used for manufacturing HVAC panels, ducts, doors, and insulated components.
- Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, injection time, and material ratio according to production requirements.
- Prepare and position molds, panels, and components before the foaming/injection process.
- Ensure proper mixing and injection of PU (Polyurethane) chemicals and maintain consistent foam density and quality.
- Monitor the foaming process and identify defects such as voids, improper filling, uneven foam, leakage, or dimensional variations.
- Perform basic machine adjustments, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of finished products.
- Maintain proper records of production, machine parameters,



material consumption, and quality issues.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical-handling guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve machine or product-related problems.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of PUF/PIR insulation and foaming processes.
- Basic understanding of HVAC manufacturing and insulated panels.
- Ability to operate industrial machinery safely.
- Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Valuable understanding of measurements and quality standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
- Safety-conscious and physically fit for a manufacturing environment.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th pass, depending on company requirements. Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
