NSS Herbs & Spices Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Masala Plant Operator / Multi-Machine Operator for our modern spice and masala manufacturing plant.

We are looking for a skilled operator who can independently operate and manage multiple machines used in the complete masala manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate different machines used in masala/spice processing.
- Handle the complete production process from raw material feeding to finished product.
- Operate cleaning and grading machines.
- Operate spice grinding / pulverizing machines.
- Operate blender / ribbon blender / mixer machines for masala blending.
- Operate sieving / screening machines.
- Operate conveyors and material-handling systems.
- Operate automatic/semi-automatic packaging machines wherever required.
- Set machine parameters according to the product and batch requirement.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Identify basic machine problems and carry out minor adjustments/troubleshooting.
- Maintain proper production speed and product quality.
- Follow batch-wise production instructions and SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of machines and production area.
- Minimize product wastage and machine downtime.
- Maintain basic production and machine operation records.
- Coordinate with Production Supervisor, QC and Maintenance teams.




- Follow GMP, food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in masala, spices, food processing or FMCG manufacturing.
- Candidate must have hands-on experience operating multiple food-processing machines.
- Knowledge of spice grinding, blending and sieving processes preferred.
- Basic mechanical understanding and troubleshooting skills required.
- Should be able to understand machine settings and production instructions.
- Should be disciplined, responsible and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.
- Candidates who can independently operate multiple machines will be given preference.

Candidates with experience in:

- Masala Manufacturing Plant
- Spice Processing Plant
- Pulverizer / Grinder
- Ribbon Blender / Masala Blender
- Vibro Sifter / Sieving Machine
- Spice Cleaning & Grading Machine
- Conveyor Systems
- Automatic/Mechanical Packing Machine

will be preferred.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skill.
