Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging activities suitable for pre-primary children.
- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, rhymes, and general awareness.
- Use play-based, activity-based, and interactive teaching methods.
- Create a warm, safe, and positive classroom environment.
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and motor development.
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive and child-friendly approaches.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain appropriate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s development and classroom activities.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, displays, and activity materials.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, workshops, and other co-curricular activities.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the classroom.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Graduate degree with NTT / ECCE / D.El.Ed. / Montessori training or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in a pre-primary or kindergarten setting is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, and friendly attitude towards young children.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualities

- Passion for working with young children.
- Energetic and positive personality.
- Good spoken English and/or Hindi.
- Ability to use stories, rhymes, music, art, and activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Professional, responsible, and child-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
