We are looking for a creative, skilled, and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen operations and elevate our culinary offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional menus, managing food preparation, overseeing kitchen staff, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene. The ideal candidate has extensive culinary experience, solid leadership abilities, and a flair for innovative flavor combinations and presentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesCulinary Management & Menu Planning

- Design, develop, and update seasonal menus, daily specials, and custom tasting menus that align with the restaurant's concept and profitability goals.
- Oversee all food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and superior quality across every dish.
- Source high-quality ingredients, establish relationships with trusted vendors, and manage food costing and inventory.

Kitchen Operations & Quality Control

- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (such as HACCP, food safety regulations, and local codes) throughout the kitchen.




- Monitor kitchen equipment functionality, maintenance needs, and cleanliness standards during and after shifts.
- Minimize food waste, control portion sizes, and manage food cost percentages to optimize kitchen profitability.

Team Leadership & Training

- Supervise, mentor, and train line cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen support staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Build and manage kitchen shift schedules, delegate prep and service responsibilities, and ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous constructive feedback to culinary staff.

Guest Experience & Innovation

- Accommodate special dietary requirements, allergies, and guest requests with creativity and care.
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, emerging techniques, and local dining preferences to keep the menu fresh and competitive.

Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
