Hiring: Logistics Sales Executive

Location: Near Mahipalpur, Delhi

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business through calls, emails and client visits.

- Identify and develop new opportunities in international logistics.

- Prepare quotations, proposals and rate cards.

- Negotiate pricing and service terms with clients.

- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.

- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.

- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including booking, pickup, transportation and delivery.

- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses and vendors.

- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

- Resolve issues related to delays,



damages and shortages.

- Maintain proper documentation and sales/operations records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree.

- 1–3 years of experience in logistics sales or operations.

- Good understanding of logistics processes.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and basic CRM.

- B2B/B2C logistics or transport experience preferred.
