About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who can conceptualise and execute high-quality visual content for digital campaigns, social media, branding, marketing materials, and client requirements. The ideal candidate should have a solid design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, and branding materials.
- Understand campaign briefs and convert ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Create engaging graphics while maintaining brand consistency and visual identity.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and client servicing teams to understand requirements and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, banners, promotional creatives, and marketing collateral.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes as required across various digital platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients and make necessary design revisions.
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital aesthetics, typography, colour combinations, and creative formats.




- Maintain organised design files and ensure proper version control.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing/advertising/creative agency.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or other design tools will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and branding.
- Ability to create designs that are both creative and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand creative briefs.
- Strong attention to detail and a valuable sense of visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and deliver work within the required timeframe.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience working with a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, branding agency, or creative agency will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and portfolio.
