Job Summary

CG Meditrans is looking for enthusiastic and confident professionals to join our International Voice Process – Medical Record Retrieval team.

The role involves making outbound calls to healthcare providers, hospitals, insurance companies, and medical facilities in the USA to obtain and verify medical records while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and medical facilities in the USA.
- Follow up with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and other healthcare organizations.
- Retrieve and verify medical records and related information.
- Maintain accurate records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of requests.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in International Voice Process, BPO, Customer Support, or Medical Record Retrieval is preferred.




- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Valuable computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in the US Shift.
- Candidates with good confidence and a professional communication style will be preferred.
