We're Hiring: E-commerce Customer Executive (Order Confirmation & Upselling)

About the Role:
We are looking for a smart and polite E-commerce Customer Executive who will call customers to confirm their online orders and upsell additional products to increase order value.
Example: A customer orders 1 shirt → during the confirmation call, you suggest:
"Sir, aap combo le lijiye — 2nd premium shirt sirf ₹___ extra mein mil rahi hai, yeh offer sirf aaj ke liye hai."
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers to confirm COD / prepaid orders
- Verify address, size, colour and delivery details
- Pitch combo offers and 2nd product deals (upselling and cross-selling)
- Reduce fake orders and RTO (Return to Origin)
- Convert COD orders to prepaid where possible
- Handle customer queries, order status and complaints politely
- Update order status in Shopify / panel / Excel
Requirements:
- Very good communication in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Polite, convincing and customer-friendly tone
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, Shopify (training will be given)
- Sales/telecalling experience preferred, freshers welcome
