We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with hands-on experience in IT Recruitment to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals amp; other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with candidates amp; hiring teams
- Manage candidate follow-ups and recruitment trackers Handle offer, joining amp; onboarding coordination
- Work towards recruitment targets and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

- 6 months – 1 year of IT Recruitment experience
- Good understanding of technical hiring
- Strong sourcing amp; candidate screening skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
