· Execute daily production plans as per schedule and customer requirements.
· Supervise fabrication, fit-up, CO2 welding, grinding and assembly activities.
· Manage manpower and allocate work effectively on the shop floor.
· Ensure production as per drawings, BOM, work instructions and quality standards.
· Monitor production output, rejection, rework and material wastage.
· Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Engineering, Stores and Maintenance for smooth production.
· Ensure proper use of tools, fixtures, welding equipment and measuring instruments.
· Maintain daily production reports and related documentation.
· Ensure 5S, safety and housekeeping on the shop floor.
· Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
