Candidate Requirements

Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

Experience: Minimum 6 Months Telesales Experience – Mandatory

Good communication and convincing skills

Details Shift Timing: Day Shift Shift

Duration: 9.5 Hours including 1 Hour Break

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities

Handle telesales interactions with customers

Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services

Generate and convert sales opportunities

Follow up with prospective customers

Achieve assigned sales targets

Maintain customer and sales records

Required SkillsMinimum 6 months of telesales experience

Good verbal communicationSales and convincing skills

Customer handling and follow-up skillsTarget-oriented approach
