We are looking for an experienced **Showroom Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, drive sales performance, manage employees, maintain customer relationships, and ensure smooth store functioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage **store opening and closing** activities.
2. Coordinate regular **training programs** and provide feedback to trainers.
3. Conduct **floor training sessions** for staff.
4. Review staff performance and identify training and development needs.
5. Ensure proper **merchandise demonstrations** with the support of Floor Assistants.
6. Ensure the store's **Visual Merchandising (VM)** is maintained and updated.
7. Prepare and analyze **Sales and Customer Relationship Reports**.
8. Handle and investigate **customer complaints and suggestions**.
9. Maintain a **safe, clean, and customer-friendly showroom environment**.
10. Monitor inventory levels, anticipate customer demand, and provide regular inventory reports to Head Office.
11. Stay updated on **retail industry and market trends**.

Set and monitor **weekly/monthly sales targets** for sales staff, supervisors, FAs, and managers.
13. Coordinate with vendors for **AC, electrical, UPS, generator, and other showroom requirements**.
14. Ensure the showroom operates independently with appropriate support from Head Office.
15. Maximize **walk-in customer conversion into sales**.
16. Monitor and control all aspects of **showroom operations**.
17. Manage employees and ensure effective team performance.
Candidate Profile
-Education: Graduate
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in the retail industry, preferably from **Apparel, Hospitality, Jewellery, or Cosmetics**.
- Languages:English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong **people management and communication skills**.
- Trustworthy with robust integrity and work ethics.
- Dynamic and customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
- Good professional references.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
