Role Description The Video Editor at CollabSponsor will be responsible for editing and refining video content for professional clients, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with each client’s brand and messaging. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting key moments, applying transitions, color grading, and integrating motion graphics or simple graphics where needed. The role also involves collaborating with the content strategy team to understand video objectives,



maintaining a content schedule, and preparing deliverables optimized for various social media platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur, requiring regular coordination with the in-house team and clients to deliver polished, purpose-driven video content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for engaging visual elements and on-screen text.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, storytelling mindset, and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
- Previous experience editing short-form content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) is highly beneficial.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred, but strong portfolios are equally valued.
