Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our Buildings + Places (B+P) team.
The role involves developing innovative, sustainable, and high-quality architectural solutions while managing projects through all design and delivery phases. The successful candidate will combine strong design capabilities with technical expertise and project coordination skills to ensure the successful execution of complex building projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Delivery
• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, detailed designs, and construction documentation.
• Deliver high-quality architectural solutions that meet client objectives, technical requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare design presentations, reports, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Project Management & Coordination
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist
