Role Summary

As a senior technology leader within Vanguard Technology, you will be responsible for defining and executing technology strategies that enable business growth, operational excellence and customer value. You will oversee teams responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting enterprise technology solutions across multiple product and engineering domains.





This role exists to ensure Vanguard continues to build scalable, resilient and innovative technology capabilities while accelerating delivery and strengthening engineering maturity. You will influence strategic technology direction, drive organisational effectiveness and create an workplace where teams are empowered to innovate, collaborate and deliver meaningful outcomes.
