Qualifications
• Any Graduate or Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
Experience
• 7–10 years of warehouse/contract logistics experience.
• Experience in WMS, SAP, Inventory Control, and Team Handling.
• Exposure to B2B, Retail, Consumer or Finished Goods warehousing preferred.
Position Purpose
To lead day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory, manpower management, customer service support, safety,
and continuous improvement activities while ensuring SLA adherence, productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations Management
• Supervise daily inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure timely execution of customer orders as per agreed SLAs.
• Monitor throughput and productivity targets daily.
• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth dispatch operations.
• Ensure productive space utilization and warehouse capacity management.
2. Inventory Management
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and periodic stock verification.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor inventory ageing, damaged stock, and non-moving inventory.
• Ensure proper system transactions in WMS/SAP.
3. Team Management
• Lead warehouse supervisors and contract labour.
• Prepare manpower deployment plans
