Position Summary: We are looking for a Manager, Product Management to join the Integration Platform Team within the Data & Ecosystem Platform organization in Chennai, India (Hybrid). In this role, you will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for connectivity solutions that enable secure, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective exchange of healthcare information across the healthcare ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, UX, analytics, customers, and business stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge interoperability solutions that improve care delivery, support healthcare workflows, and advance athenahealth's AI-first technology strategy.

About the Team: The Integration Platform Team is a cross-functional group of Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, Analytics, and Patient Safety professionals focused on simplifying healthcare connectivity. Our platform enables athenahealth customers to seamlessly connect with healthcare networks, partners,



and systems through scalable integration services, tools, and a broad library of healthcare connections. The team is committed to building intelligent, interoperable solutions that help providers deliver better patient care and operational outcomes.

Essential Job Responsibilities
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare integration platform capabilities.
• Own product backlog prioritization and make scope, schedule, and trade-off decisions.
• Define epics, user stories, and business requirements with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality product solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify problems and opportunities.
