Purpose:
• Lead reliability engineering for critical Trade and Working Capital platforms,
ensuring services are available, resilient, secure and performant.
• Define and embed Service Level Indicators, Service Level Objectives and error-budget practices aligned to customer and business criticality.
• Engineer observability, automation and self-healing capabilities that detect issues early, accelerate recovery and reduce manual operational effort.
• Partner with product, engineering and architecture teams to build reliability, scalability, recoverability and operability into solution design.
• Lead response to complex incidents and use data-driven root cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures and strengthen production resilience.
• Coach engineers and influence suppliers to adopt consistent SRE standards, production readiness controls and continuous improvement practices.
SRE Experience:
• 8+ years across site reliability, platform engineering, DevOps, production engineering or application
