Drive monthly turnover targets through effective sales strategies. Introduce product bundling or package deals to encourage higher-value transactions. Collaborate with marketing to design targeted promotional campaigns based on consumer behaviour analysis. Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and adapt product offerings accordingly.
