What you will be doing:
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.




• Interfaces with engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
• Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
• As required, maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
• Conduct small group meetings and quality circle activities to improve productivity and cross functional communication
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality, productivity, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Lead training, skill enhancement programs, and maintain training records and skill matrices.
• Responsible for meeting manufacturing key performance Indicators
