Job Description
Business Manager - Drive Systems
As Business Manager - Drive Systems, you will develop and execute strategies that expand Rockwell Automation's Drive Systems business across targeted industries, shape customer specifications, lead strategic pursuits, and build solid relationships with customers and partners. You will collaborate with sales teams, regional stakeholders,



and Asia Pacific and Global Business Units to accelerate profitable growth and strengthen market position.
You will report to the Intelligent Devices Business Leader, India and will be based in Mumbai
Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute industry-specific growth strategies for Drive Systems across targeted markets, applications, and strategic accounts.
• Identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, investment trends, and specification opportunities, and convert market insights into account and pursuit plans.
• Lead strategic customer and partner engagement with consultants, EPCs, OEMs, end users, distributors, and system integrators, including executive meetings, workshops, technical presentations, and joint go-to-market activities.
