Job Description
• Calculate, post, and process business transactions, ensuring accurate recording of financial data and maintenance of Accounts Payable records.
• Process PO and Non-PO invoices while reviewing invoices and requisitions to ensure appropriate approval and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain high-quality AP service delivery by managing non-compliant and exception-based transactions within established timelines.
• Verify invoice calculations, extensions, totals, and applicable discounts to ensure payment accuracy.
• Review vendor records for prior payments, assign voucher numbers, and prepare vouchers with accurate coding in line with accounting policies and procedures.
