Project Management Functional Excellence - Analyst

About the Team:
The main objective of the Project Management Analyst is to provide the 1st level support to the international community of Project Managers and Project Management Leaders. In addition to this prioritized task, a number of defined back-office tasks are to be delivered. Deploy /responsible for PM process compliance, reports and KPIs (including project profitability / benefits). He /She need to handle team who will be supporting daily activities. These tasks originate mainly in the area of Project Management tools, systems & processes.

What you can look forward to as PMO Analyst:

• Provide first level back-office support to the Project Management Function (e.g. explain the key principles of project scheduling)

• Register and activate projects in Cplace & Run user trainings.

• Support business Administration / Governance activities

• Train / guide project managers on proper usage of defined prcesses & tools(e.g.



deliver remote trainings and support in creating high-quality training materials in PowerPoint)

• Prepare required reports & visualizations per predefined standards and on demand

• Provide regular status reports on assigned tasks according to agreed service levels and adapt work as required.

Your Profile as PMO Analyst:

• 5 years of practical experience in Project Management (e.g. as Project Manager)

• Experienced in working in a global, multinational setting (i.e. experience in working with Automotive, multiple countries / cultures / styles)

• Strong understanding of working with data, building reports

• Cplace, Planisware, MS-Project, PPM Pro, or similar Project Management tool

• Power BI solutions or similar reporting backend.
