Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service/Support Coordinator to

manage and streamline service operations in the Audio-Visual (AV) domain. The

ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between clients, service teams, and

internal departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

 Coordinate and schedule service requests, maintenance visits, and support

activities.

 Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service and support

queries.

 Assign tasks to service engineers and track progress to ensure timely closure.

 Maintain accurate records of service calls, reports, and customer interactions.

 Follow up with clients to ensure service satisfaction and issue resolution.

 Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) for seamless

service delivery.

 Prepare basic service reports and updates for management review.





 Ensure adherence to service timelines and company standards.

Requirements:

 Minimum 6 months of experience in service coordination, customer support,

or a similar role.

 Basic understanding of Audio-Visual systems or willingness to learn.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

 Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

 Basic technical understanding

 Good client-handling skills

 Exposure to service/support coordination is an added advantage
