We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the Voice Profile positions (L1 for freshers and L2 for experienced candidates) to join our dynamic customer service team. This role involves engaging with customers through voice calls, providing them with excellent service and support.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain call quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to improve skills.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Solid listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- For Voice Profile L2: Minimum 6 months of international voice experience in a customer service role. For Voice Profile L1: Open to freshers with no prior experience required.

Qualification :12th and above

Experience: Min 6 months in international voice process

Process: Banking Process

Shift: Rotational shift, 2 fixed Rotational off

Salary: 3lackhs to 4.5lackhs

Location: Mahadevapura,Bangalore
